My recent stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it never felt crowded, giving me a sense of privacy. The breakfast they offered was outstanding, with no lines and delicious food. I especially enjoyed the breathtaking view while enjoying my breakfast. The pool deck was stunning, especially at night with the colorful lighting. It was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or a beer. I had a great experience at Hyatt Place.

While the shower was generally good, there were times when it randomly turned cold, which was a bit inconvenient. The pillows and bed were not as comfortable as I would have liked, lacking that "cloud-like" sensation.

Stunningly beautiful hip new hotel with great value, we had a really great stay. This venue was located in a central area adjacent to the mall a couple of doors away, a modern and the airport. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

Modern amenities, spacious rooms, great lobby living space. Beautiful pool deck, stunning at night. Fantastic breakfast included or local restaurant option for a deal. Friendly staff, clean and uncrowded. Convenient location.

All in all everything in the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was inclusive and exceptionally nice with a nice view and the pool was nice.

The setting is great and perfect, it's really close to San Pedro Sula, a modern and safe shopping centre and the airport. One of tourist spots - Barrio Rio de Piedras - is at a medium distance from the hotel, enjoyed that.

Liked San Pedro Sula, the hotel was good modern and stylish in walking distance to the mall. The breakfast was inclusive and incredibly nice with a nice view! Its location was unbeatable, short walk to the centre, and the desert. Also, we were 2 miles from Mall Pasaje Valle.

Overall stylish and stunningly beautiful hotel, I came here with my 3 small children. I were given a new-fashioned room with a flat-screen TV, a safe and a mini-fridge-bar. Unbeatable and excellent location in the middle of jackson, all was nice.

Clean hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed knowledgeable and responsive staff. The room was top-notch with 2 double beds as well as good facilities, and all other comforts.

I was impressed with the modern and beautiful design of Hyatt Place. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great stay. The breakfast buffet had limited choices, but the food tasted delicious. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and helpful service.
